Coating

Pipe coating is a critical process that protects steel pipelines from corrosion, wear, and environmental damage - ensuring long-term reliability in oil, gas, water, and industrial applications. Whether buried underground, exposed to harsh weather, or operating in offshore environments, coated pipes are essential for safe and efficient transport.

External coatings

External anticorrosion coatings and protective layers of steel pipes, ranging from a diameter DN 0.75" (26.9 mm) up to DN 70"(1778.0 mm), for gas pipelines, oil pipelines, aqueducts, onshore and offshore, both traditional and latest generation, in polyethylene, polypropylene, FBE, pre-insulated, rock-shield (with fibre cement or with high resistance for large diameters), with concrete overweighting (CWC) and application of sacrificial anodes , for submarine pipelines, according to the main national and international Standards.

Internal lining

Internal lining for conveying drinking water, anti-friction for gas, epoxy paints for transport of hydrocarbons, cement mortar, special paints, for pipes with diameters fromDN 2.5” (76.1 mm) up to DN 70" (1778.0 mm), as well as standard and special bell spigots (for paint protection).
